Congress Weighs How to Pay for Roads
Washington D.C. (westernkansasnews.com) The US Senate is considering a proposal for an additional 12 cent per gallon gas tax to pay for roads. KDOT Spokesman Kirk Hutchinson on why this is being looked at.

Hutchinson says there are some stretches of road nationwide that are reaching 50 to 60 years old and are in need of repair.
