Colby wins Scott City girls golf invitational
Scott City, Kan. (westernkansasnews.com)–Playing in some of the warmest weather in a few weeks, Scott City hosted their first girls golf meet since reviving the program Thursday afternoon. It was a meet that would feature all schools that will be Class 3-2-1A coming up in October.
Colby won the meet with 183 points, while Cimarron was second with 192 and Plainville finished third. Scott City was sixth, as Lakin edged them out by one shot for fifth and Hugoton placed seventh.
