Rude: Coalition Took Water Concerns to Washington
Garden City, KS (westernkansasnews.com) Elected officials from Southwest Kansas weren’t the only ones lobbying in Washington last month. Board members of Groundwater Management District Three leaned on representatives in our nation’s capitol led by Executive Director Mark Rude.
Rude explains the meeting was meant to address concerns on two fronts.
