Dodge City, Kansas— The City Hall offices will be open by appointment only beginning Monday, November 16, 2020. All services will remain operational during this time; however, access to staff will be by appointment or through remote service access. Municipal Court office will continue to be open until November 23, before moving to appointment only.
“Maintaining our services and municipal responsibilities while being cautious towards the health and safety of our staff and residents has been a top priority throughout this pandemic,” Hernandez said. “That has not changed. At this time, we feel it is best to limit the traffic in and out of our facilities. We will continue to adapt and improve as the situations change.”
To eliminate as much contact and building traffic as possible, City staff will begin working remotely as able with availability by appointment, phone lines, or online access via email or the City website.
Those needing to pay a utility bill may use the online bill pay system at https://www.dodgecity.org/678/Pay, place a check or cash in the drop box located on the Northside of the building your paper bill and account information, or call 620-225-8111 to pay over the phone.
Beginning November 23, Municipal Court will be open by appointment and for scheduled hearings. To make an appointment or for court-related questions, call 620-225-8107.

Para eliminar como sea possible el contacto y tráfico en nuestras instalaciones, el personal de la Ciudad comenzará a trabajar de forma remota como sea posible con la disponibilidad de hacer un cita, por línea telefónica o acceso en línea por correo electrónico o por el sitio web de la Ciudad.
Aquellos que necesiten pagar su factura de servicios públicos pueden usar el sistema de pago de facturas en línea en https://www.dodgecity.org/678/Pay, pague con cheque o en efectivo por la caja de seguridad ubicada al lado norte del edificio (incluya su factura de papel o informacion de cuenta) o llame al 620-225-8111 para pagar por teléfono.
