Labor Day Holiday Hours for City Facilities and Services
City Hall, CREW recycle center and municipal court will be closed in observance of the Labor Day holiday on Monday, September 2nd.
The City Commission meeting has been moved to Tuesday, September 3rd, in the city commission chambers, 806 N. 2nd Ave., beginning at 7:00 pm with a work session on the 2012 audit and financials beginning at 6:30 pm.
Sanitation services normally scheduled for Monday will be serviced on Tuesday and polycarts should be placed at the curb by 7:00 am.
General public transportation will not be offering any services on Monday but will resume regular hours on Tuesday.
The Convention & Visitors Bureau will be open its regular summer season hours of 8:00 am to 6:30 pm with trolley tours offered at 9:30 am, 10:45 am, 1:30 pm and 3:00 pm. Fall/winter hours will begin on Tuesday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
