Commissioners Warned About Using Private Emails For Conducting Business

Garden City, KS (westernkansasnews.com) It came back to bite former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton. Conducting public business on a private email account. State Attorney General Derek Schmidt says there is no problem. Garden City Attorney Randy Grissell told commissioners at Tuesday afternoon’s meeting he disagrees. City Manager Matt Allen explains why.

 

Allen believes this is an issue about transperancy.

Grissell advised commissioners to be careful in conducting business by email.
