Cities in Kansas Urge Changes to Immigration Stance
Garden City, KS (westernkansasnews.com) As the legislative session continues in Topeka, cities collectively are doing the best they can to lobby lawmakers about key issues. One of them is immigration. Garden City Manager Matt Allen believes using their influence can help get something done.
It is not the only thing cities are pushing for.
Allen says immigrants should not be punished for following the rules.
