Chief Francis: Police Interested in Law Breakers; Not Harassing Immigrants

Francis reiterates the new executive orders targets people who have already committed crimes and does not affect the way his officers already serve the community. Francis says if there are no criminal acts committed than illegals should not have anything to worry about from Dodge City Police.
