Charlene grew up in Jet, Oklahoma and has lived in Lakin since the early 60’s. A homemaker she enjoyed her bowling leagues in Lakin and Syracuse. She was preceded in death by her Parents, 3 Brothers- James Harris, Charles Harris & Dee Harris & 1 Sister- Mary Jo Warthen.
