Charges Pending In Case of Nude Photos at GCHS

Garden City, KS (westernkansasnews.com) Police have disclosed they have been investigating allegations that two teen victims had nude photos of themselves passed along via cell phone to other students at the high school.  GCHS officials notified police January 20.  Since then, authorities have identified six suspects connected with this investigation.  Police are looking into allegations that teen girls were also solicited for nude photos.

Police are requesting that the Finney County Attorney’s Office file charges which include electronic solicitation of a child, sexual exploitation of a child, promoting obscenities to a minor and interference with a law enforcement officer.   The investigation continues.   No other details are being released at this time.
