Charges Filed in Garden City Homicide
Garden City, KS (westernkansasnews.com) Finney County Attorney Susan Richmeier has charged three people in connection to the April 19th murder of 21 year old Garden City resident Karlton Waechter at the East Garden Village mobile home lot. Michael George Junior is facing the most serious of the charges of first degree murder. George also is facing charges for weapon and distribution of a controlled substance.
Jeff Rigdon has been charged with aggravated attempted robbery and Cesar Fierro-Acevado with conspiracy to commit an aggravated robbery and distribution of a controlled substance.
