Cargo Plane Crash Lands in Goodland; Pilot is Fine
Goodland, KS (westernkansasnews.com) State trooper Tod Hileman reports a cargo plane experiencing engine problems had to make a crash landing near County Roads 10 and 71 near the town’s airport Wednesday morning around 9. Power lines were tripped as the plane made its approach.
The pilot is reportedly fine. The plane is registered to Key Lime Air out of Englewood, Colorado and was carrying UPS cargo. An investigation is already underway.
