Candelaria “Cande” Murillo-Garcia

Candelaria “Cande” Murillo-Garcia, age 82, died Monday, February, 1, 2016 at her residence in Garden City, Kansas. She was born on February 2, 1933 in Camaron Nuevo Leon, Mexico, the daughter of Valentin and Delfina Lopez-Murillo.

She was a 50 year resident of Kearny County and for the last five years lived in Garden City, Kansas.

She was a member of St. Dominic Catholic Church.

On August 30, 1962 she married Agustin Garcia in Garden City, Kansas. He survives.

One Sister Delfina Tienda of Levelland, Texas

Five Grandchildren Alex and Andrew Burnett

Brooklyn, Kaytlynn and Tristan Garcia

She was preceded in death by her parents, two infant children, two brothers, Antonio Murillo and Aurelio Murillo, two sisters, Anita Murillo, Cresencia Coronado.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Dominic Catholic Church in Garden City, Kansas at 10:30 A.M. on Friday, February 5, 2016.

Vigil Service will be held at 7:00 p.m. at St. Dominic Catholic Church on Thursday, February, 4, 2015.

Visitation 3:00 – 8:00 Wednesday

10:00-5:00 Thursday
