Buffalo swimming finishes second at Hutch Invite

Hutchinson, KS-The Garden City girls swim team finished second at the Hutchinson Invite on Tuesday.

The 200-yard medley relay team of Grace Schmidt, Emma Tull, Kristin Neff and Emily Ortiz finished second, while Schmidt took first in the 200-yard freestyle. Tull placed second in the 200-yard individual medley, and Megan Allen was sixth in the same event. Neff finished fifth in the 50-yard freestyle with a time of 28.64, and Ortiz was eighth. Neff was fourth in the 100-yard butterfly.

Garden City is back in action Thursday at Salina South.
