Buffalo soccer draws even with TMP

Hays, KS-The Buffaloes have seen this movie before.

For the third time this season, the Garden City girls soccer team ended their match in a draw, tying Thomas More Prep 1-1 Thursday afternoon at Bickle-Schmidt Sports Complex.

Kayla Vitzum got the Monarchs on the board first with a goal six minutes into the contest. But the Buffaloes responded with Hailey Enriquez’s score 16 minutes later that evened the match.

Neither team scored the rest of the way.

Garden City out shot TMP 5-4. Kaylee Keller had three saves.
