Brownback touts DFA plant in State of the State address
Topeka, KS(westernkansasnews.com) During Governor Sam Brownback’s State of the State address Tuesday night, he touted the new Dairy Farmers of America plant in Garden City as a highlight of 2017.
Brownback also made a big statement on school funding.
However Brownback didn’t say how he plans to pay for that $600 million.
