Brightening A Child’s World
Garden City, KS (westernkansasnews.com) Imagine your a kid again. You get up Christmas morning and there are no presents. You can do your part to make sure one less child experiences this sinking feeling. Walmart and the Salvation Army are teaming up for their “Fill The Truck” fundraiser this Saturday.
Lieutentant Jeff Curran of the Salvation Army says this year’s event at the Garden City Walmart goes all day.
The toys will be available at the Salvation Army’s holiday shop from December 17th-19th. If you can’t figure out what to get they also accept cash donations.
