Finney County Voters Approve 1/4 Penny Sales Tax Extension

Garden City, KS (westernkansasnews.com) Finney County voters approved a 1/4 penny sales tax extension for a new juvenile services and corrections building. The cities of Holcomb and Garden City will also use their portion of the sales tax to prop up the mill keeping property taxes lower. Here are the unofficial results with some provisional ballots still needed to be counted.

No  533   42.37%
