Boot Hill Distillery Excited About Lifting of Liquor Ordinance
Dodge City, KS (westernkansasnews.com) The ordinance prohibiting businesses from selling liquor by the drink unless making thirty percent of sales from food or being a club was lifted by Ford County voters Tuesday night.
The results have given Boot Hill Distillery the option of expanding their business. Distiller/Marketer Mark Vierthaler on what they plan to do.
Vierthaler says a couple of clubs were supportive of what they called the “Raise A Glass” Campaign. Vierthaler is checking into when the changes to the existing ordinances go into effect then Boot Hill Distillery will move forward with their plans.
