Bill attended Garden City schools. He was a self employed tree trimmer and landscaper. He had lived in Wichita and several other towns and recently moved back to Garden City from Elk City, Oklahoma. He enjoyed fixing things and handy man projects in his spare time. He was preceded in death by his Father, 1 Brother- Robert Brown & 1 Sister- Sheila Haug
