Beall Indicts Man From Garden; Another Who Was Deported and Re-entered
(westernkansasnews.com) US Attorney Tom Beall has announced two federal indictments. One is for 31 year old Sergio Roberto Garcia Buezo for unlawful reentering the US after being deported. He was discovered in Grant County this February. If convicted the ma faces up to 2 years in prison and 250-thousand dollar fine.
A 48 year old man from Garden City has been charged with unlawful possession of a firearm after a previous felony conviction. If convicted on this charge Darnell Wilks faces up to 10 years in prison and a 250-thousand dollar fine.
