Scott City, Kan. (westernkansasnews.com)–It was a tough setback for the Scott City Beavers Friday night, as they fell to the Beloit Trojans 28-13 at home in Class 3A, District 8 play.
Scott City snapped a 35-game district winning streak, and also broke a 13-game home win streak.
Beloit is now 4-2 overall, and 2-1 in district, while Scott City fell to 5-1 overall, 2-1 in district.
The Beavers will be at Colby this Friday night.
