Another Pedestrian Accident Puts Woman in the Hospital

Garden City, KS (westernkansasnews.com) A 30 year old woman has been admitted into St. Catherine Hospital with serious injuries following an accident Thursday afternoon at the corner of 4th and Walnut.  Santana McCormick was hit by a 2015 Ford Escape driven by 37 year old Erika Urbina in a pedestrian cross walk. 

Both were taken to the hospital, Urbina because of unrelated medical issues separate from the accident.  Urbina was cited.  No other information has been released as officers continue to investigate.
