Another Accident Involving A Child; Minor Injuries

Garden City, KS (westernkansasnews.com) A 47 year old father and his five year old son riding their bikes on Estes Court Monday night were hit by a motorist.  GCPD reports the sun was setting and blinded the driver’s vision prior to the accident.  Both victims were treated and released for minor injuries from St. Catherine Hospital.  Officer Tiffany McDermott wants drivers to just be cautious on the roads.

This latest accident was the second involving a child over the past week.
