Allen: Sales Tax Numbers Up in Garden City
Garden City, KS (westernkansasnews.com) The numbers are in and while Garden City residents are paying more in sales tax now, even before the slight increase more money has been coming in over the past year.
City Manager Matt Allen says that directly benefits the community in a number of ways.
More money from sales tax also reduces reliance on property taxes.
