All-GWAC Volleyball teams released

Scott City, Kansas (westernkansasnews.com)–Coming off one of the best seasons, maybe the best season for the Great West Activities Conference, the GWAC head coaches voted recently on their all-league teams.

Colby, Holcomb and Ulysses each grabbed five spots on the all-league teams, while Scott City had three apiece and Goodland had one. Colby and Ulysses each had two first-team selections.

Ulysses was the GWAC champion and place fourth in Class 4A, Division I, Holcomb was league runner-up and qualified for the Class 4A, Divsion II state tournament and Colby finished runner-up in the Class 3A, TMP-Marian Sub-State, who ended up winning Class 3A in October.
