AG: Man Sentenced For Intent to Deal Methamphetamine
Pratt, KS (westernkansasnews.com) State Attorney General Derek Schmidt has announced a 37 year old man from Pratt has been sentenced to more than 14 years in prison for possession with intent to distribute more than 100 grams of methamphetamine.
Jason Hembree pleaded no contest to the charge. The arrest came in January, 2015. The AG thanked the Pratt Police Department for their help in launching this investigation.
