Noise complaint leads to arrest of Garden City man
Garden City, Kan.–A noise complaint on a loud party led to the arrest of a Garden City man after he attacked several Officers early Monday morning.
Just after 2:30 am Monday morning, Officers were dispatched to the 900 block of Safford Avenue for a noise complaint on a house party and made contact with the homeowner, identified as 40-year-old Eddie Morales.
During the investigation, Officers learned Morales had several felony warrants, at which point Morales became combative and fought police before being taken into custody. Morales was lodged in the Finney County Jail for Felony Interference of a Law Enforcement Officer, Battery of a Law Enfrocement Officer, multiple counts of Assault of a Law Enforcement Officer, Criminal Damage, and the outstanding warrants. Officers were okay and carried on with their shift.
