Dodge City, Kan.–A Dodge City man was arrested last week after an investigation into alleged fentanyl sales that lasted for multiple months, according to a release.
On Thursday, November 14, Detectives with the Dodge City Police Department Special Operations Division, along with Deputies from the Ford County Sheriff’s Office, Kansas Bureau of Investigation, and Troopers with the Kansas Highway Patrol Troops N and T (Air Support Unit) ended a multiple-month-long investigation into the alleged sales of Fentanyl.
Dodge City resident, 53-year-old Jason Allen Railsback, was arrested and charged through the Ford County Attorney’s Office for two counts of Distribution of Fentanyl within 1000 feet from a school, two counts of Using a Communication Facility to Arrange a Drug Transaction, and 2 Counts of Unlawful to Acquire Proceeds From a Drug Felony.
