Area law enforcement arrest three individuals after search warrant
Garden City, Kan.–Local law enforcement arrested three individuals following a search warrant on a home in Garden City on Tuesday.
On Tuesday, the Garden City/Finney County SWAT Team served a search warrant at 1510 N. 13th Street in continuance of multiple investigations by the Garden City/Finney County Joint Drug Task Force. During the service of the search warrant, 51-year-old Juan Ignacio Borrego, 26-year-old Andres Flores, and 36-year-old Hugo Figueroa were taken into custody without incident.
Borrego was lodged in the Finney County Jail for charges from the Garden City Police Department and Finney County Sheriff’s Office including Multiple counts of Possession of Fentanyl with the Intent to Distribute, Possession of Cocaine, Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Marijuana, and Felony and Misdemeanor Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Flores was lodged in the Finney County Jail on an Arrest and Detain Order.
Figueroa was lodged in the Finney County Jail on an out-of-county warrant.
The investigation is ongoing.
