GWAC All-League Softball selections announced

The Great West Activities Association has announced their All-League selections for softball for the 2024 season.

Holcomb would have the most overall selections with eight total, including three on the first team, while Cimarron had six and Scott City had five selections. Goodland had four, Colby and Hugoton had three and Ulysses had two.

Two GWAC teams qualified for the state tournament, as Holcomb finished fourth in Class 3A, while Scott City qualified for the Class 4A State tournament. The Lady Longhorns were the GWAC champions for a second straight season.

Korryn Johnson from Holcomb was the GWAC Player of the Year.
