One seriously injured after accident in Gray County
GRAY COUNTY – One person was injured in an accident just after 8:10 a.m.. Thursday in Gray County.
The Kansas Highway Patrol says the accident happened at milepost 91 on U-50.
A 2016 Kenworth Semi driven by Timothy Daniel Telinde, 53,Garden City was traveling west bound on U50, going to turn left into the rest area. A 2005 Chevy Pickup driven by Vital Jesus, 58, Garden City was traveling east bound in the same area, The Semi turned in front of the pickup and they collided. The semi entered the south ditch on U50.
Gray County Ems transported Telinde to St. Catherine’s Hospital in Garden City for serious injuries.
