On March 10, at around 8:30 A.M., Officers of the Garden City Police Department were
dispatched to 941 Lareu Rd. (Core Fitness), and were notified there was a 66-year-old man
who was unresponsive and not breathing.

Officers arrived and began life-saving measures, however, were unsuccessful. Officers
learned the man had been cleaning exercise equipment that he was using when he fell to
the ground and became unresponsive.
