Hernandez joins KDOT’s District Six team

Rudy Hernandez of Garden City has joined the KDOT District Six team as a Network Service
Technician III. As the Network Service Technician, Hernandez is responsible for the installation and maintenance of 800 MHZ radio communications equipment, interoperability communications equipment and interconnectivity equipment that supports the state’s communication system used by KDOT, KHP and other public safety users.
A Garden City native, Hernandez graduated from Garden City High School and attended GCCC. Previously he worked for Cox Communications and Tyson.
