KDOT: Bridge repair scheduled in Ford County

FORD COUNTY, Kan. — Crews are expected to begin bridge work on the Marshall Road over U.S. 400 in Ford County on Tuesday, May 28.

Traffic will be reduced to one lane controlled by flaggers and a pilot car on U.S. 400 and the Marshall Road bridge over 400. KDOT urges drivers to be alert, pay attention to all work zone warning signs, and be prepared to stop.

Reece Construction Co. of Salina is the contractor on this $390,900 project which is expected to be completed in September, weather permitting.
