Garden City Chamber names Radke as new Vice President
GARDEN CITY, KAN. — The Garden City Chamber of Commerce has named Janene Radke as the new Vice President. Radke will officially take over as the VP on Jan. 2, 2019.
Radke has served as the director of Family Crisis Services, Inc since 2012. She is a native of Liberal, Kan. and attended college at Wichita State University. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Women’s Studies from WSU in 1994. She then moved to Garden City to be closer to family in 1997 and has lived here ever since.
Radke will oversee all Chamber events, as well as working with the over 400 current Chamber members.
“I am excited for this next journey in my life and grateful for the opportunity to work with the Chamber and serve the amazing business community here in Garden City,” Radke said in a press release.
Radke currently lives in Garden City and is heavily involved in the community. She is active as a board member and coach for the Leadership Garden City, Every Voice Program as well as at St. Dominic Church.
