Red Demon track wins Alex Francis Classic

Hays, KS(westernkansasnews.com) The Dodge City High School track team took first place at the Alex Francis Classic at Fort Hays State on Thursday. The Red Demons dominated the field with a score of 333.92, second place Hays TMP had 230.35 points.

The Red Demons took first place in 11 of the 36 events. Jaiel Johnson led the way taking first place in the 100 and 200. For the girls Chidera Okoro finished first in the long jump and second in the 100. Both of the 4×400 teams won. The other top finishers for Dodge City are listed below.
