School Bus Accident in Finney Co. injures Dighton man
Finney County, KS(westernkansasnews.com) A two vehicle accident involving a school bus Friday morning in Finney County sent a Dighton man to the hospital with injuries.
The accident occurred at 6:30 a.m. at US highway 83 milepost 91.1 southbound or 15 miles south of Scott City. Both vehicles were southbound on US highway 83, when the school bus slowed to make a left turn. Vehicle 1 failed to slow striking the bus in the rear. No passengers were on the school bus.
The driver of vehicle 1 Joshua Lewis, 33, of Dighton was taken to Hays Medical Center for injuries. The driver of the bus Cozetta Yeager, 22, of Scott City was not injured
