Area McDonald’s donating to Hurricane Harvey Victims

Garden City, KS(westernkansasnews.com) A few SW Kansas McDonald’s are donating to the victims of Hurrican Harvey. Area McDonald’s owner/operators have united to show their support for those affected by Hurricane Harvey.

According to the Texas division of Emergency Management over 185,000 homes were damaged or destroyed by Hurrican Harvey. On Monday, Sept. 4, from 5 to 8 p.m., several locations will donate 10 percent of their proceeds to the American Red Cross.
McDonald’s restaurants in Garden City, Dodge City and Ulysses are donating to the victims. Several other McDonalds across the state will also participate.
