Fatality Accident in Meade Co.
Meade, KS (westernkansasnews.com) Saturday morning at 11:39 a fatality one vehicle accident that killed a Mead teenager happened in Meade County at 18 Rd 1.6 miles South of AA Road, 6.6 miles South of K23.
The 1980 Chevy van was southbound on 18 road. For unknown reasons the vehicle left the road to the right, overcorrected and entered the east ditch. The vehicle rolled multiple times and came to rest on it’s top.
The 15 year old driver was pronounced dead at 12:15 p.m. He was not wearing a seat belt.
