Jane Sanchez

Jane Sanchez, 63, died April 20, 2017 at Western Plains Medical Complex in Dodge City. She was born on June 23, 1953 at Dodge City the daughter of Mike and Mary (Martinez) Mariche.

 She married Charles D. Sanchez Sr. on November 12, 1971 in Dodge City, he survives. Mrs. Sanchez worked as a sales associate for Alco, Country General, Family Dollar, Gibson’s, Taco Tico and Stage for the last ten years. She loved fishing, playing on the computer and spending time with her family, especially attending her children and grandchildren’s sporting events.

 She is survived by her husband Charles Sanchez of the home; two sons Charles Sanchez Jr. of Dodge City; Jeff Sanchez and wife Dana of Claremore, Oklahoma; two daughters Amy Sanchez of Dodge City; Cheryl Sanchez Holcomb and husband Cody Holcomb of Dodge City; eight grandchildren Xavier, Haven, Sierra Winstead; Christian Sanchez, Ayden, Elyse, Rileigh Holcomb and Isabella Sanchez. She is also survived by three brothers Mike Mariche Jr. and wife Barbara of Dodge City; Patrick Mariche and wife Beverly of Dodge City; Lawrence Mariche of Salina as well as several nieces and nephews.

 She was preceded in death by her parents Mike and Mary Mariche and one brother David Mariche.

 A memorial service will be held at a later date. There will be no visitation as cremation has taken place. Memorials are suggested to the Jane Sanchez Memorial Fund in care of the funeral home.
