Man From Ulysses Dies in Finney County Accident
Garden City, KS (westernkansasnews.com) State troopers report a 24 year old man from Ulysses died on US 83 12 miles south of the intersection with US 50 in Finney County. The accident occurred shortly before 8:30 Wednesday night.
Troopers say Kyle Pelton was killed when he ignored a stop sign and was plowed into by a semi driven by 46 year old Matthew Cook of Mulvane. Pelton died a couple of hours later. Cook was taken to St. Catherine Hospital for his injuries.
