Eliseo had lived in Garden City for approximately 30 years. He enjoyed visiting family and friends, listening to Spanish music, riding horses and tinkering with cars. He was wonderful uncle to many nieces and nephews. He was quite the jokester and was an expert giving people nicknames.  

He was preceded in death by his father-Luis Ramos, Sr. , Brother-Luis Ramos, Jr.
