Herrera got the party started early with two goals 15 minutes into the match; the second caromed off a Derby defender and bounced into the net.
Rene Lares added a score six minutes into the second half before Jesus Macias capped the match with a goal in the 76th minute.

Omar Estrada scored off a deflection in overtime, as the Demons outlasted Free State at Memorial Stadium. Dodge City improved to 18-0 on the season and will host Tuesday’s quarterfinal.
