A Community Grieves: Farming Accident Claims Life of Man From Scott County

Scott City, KS (westernkansasnews.com) Unidentified sources have confirmed with the Western Kansas Broadcast Center that 68 year old Larry Vulgamore, a lifetime resident of Scott County died in a farming accident Wednesday morning. The Scott County sheriff confirmed an accident occurred, but did not release any details as to what caused the accident.
According to his obituary Vulgamore was a six year army veteran, former board member at the Scott Co-op and USD 466 school board.
Visitation will be from 10-8 Saturday at the Price and Sons Funeral Home with burial Sunday at 4 from the Prairie View Church of the Brethren in Friend where Vulgamore served as a deacon.
