Kansas Ag Experts Keeping Their Eye on New Corn Disease

Manhattan, KS (westernkansasnews.com) There is a new disease that has been diagnosed for corn and although no yields have been affected, K-State Plant Pathologist Doug Jardine is concerned.

 

 

The disease now has been reported in nine states and even been spotted in Kearny County.  Here is what to look for.

Some farmers discovered the difference when they put fungicide out, but did not get any results in treatment.
