Garden City man injured in single car crash
Garden City, Kan. (westernkansasnews.com)–A Garden City man was injured Sunday evening in a single vehicle crash at the 4200 Block of Railroad. According to the Kansas Highway Patrol Report, 31-year old Matthew L. Burnett was westbound in a 2008 Chevrolet Colbalt at around 7:45, when he swerved right and went into a ditch. His vehicle hit a berm and went airborne, rolling once, and came to rest on its wheels facing southbound in the north ditch. Burnett was taken to St. Catherine Hospital in Garden City for his injuries. He was wearing a seatbelt, according to the report.
