When Crisis Hit, KDOT’s Davis was at Center of Policy Discussion, Action
Dodge City, KS (westernkansasnews.com) After 38 years on the job as a district supervisor for KDOT, Mark Davis retired from his position Friday. While his service to the people of Southwest Kansas and the state as a whole ends, KDOT Spokesperson Kirk Hutchinson says the impact Davis left will long be remembered.
Hutchinson says every winter even though a manager in the department Davis will be out on a snow plow with his team attempting to clear roads during heavy snow.
