Decision Rests with Student on Value of Post-Secondary Education
Garden City, KS (westernkansasnews.com) The role of higher education in a person’s life is now being debated at every level. GCCC President Doctor Herbert Swender feels seeking a higher education can have many benefits beyond future job placement.
As for the tremendous debt students are now incurring, community college offers access while keeping affordability.
Swender says 75 percent of jobs require a post secondary education.
