Jesse L. Mishler, age 87, passed away on Tuesday, May 17, 2016 at the Greeley County Hospital Long Term Care in Tribune, Kansas. He was born on July 16, 1928 in the original Kaw City, Oklahoma which is now where Kaw Lake is located, the son of Lee and Daisy Rogers Mishler. A resident of Tribune, Kansas since 1945, graduating from Greeley County High School in 1947. He was a mechanic.

He was a member of the VFW Post #7521 in Tribune, Kansas and was a US Air Force veteran of the Korean Conflict.

On January 7, 1954 he married Arlene Iris McMinimy in Tribune, Kansas. She passed away on August 15, 2015 in Tribune, Kansas.

Survivors include his Two Sons – Leslie & Pati Mishler of Lewis, Kansas, Mike & Diana Mishler of Tribune, Kansas, Three Daughters – Debra & John Crayne of Grand Island, Nebraska, Roxie & John Dase of Pueblo, Colorado, Cheryl & Lance Buckman of Sterling, Kansas, Nine Grandchildren and Seven Great Grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his Parents, Wife – Arlene, Three Sisters – Mary Stetz, Daisy Marselus, and Wilma Armer.

Graveside Memorial Services will be held at the Greeley County Cemetery in Tribune, Kansas at 10:30 a.m. (M.T.) Saturday, May 28, 2016 with Jeri Smith presiding.

Interment will be in the Greeley County Cemetery in Tribune, Kansas.

Memorials may be given to the Greeley County Hospital Long Term Care % Price & Sons Funeral Home.
